Flying Roadster AI Terms of Service

Service and account responsibility

Flying Roadster AI provides a template-based creative video generator at flyingroadsterai.org. By using the service or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms. Keep your credentials secure and use your own account. Generation and personal file access require authentication. The product is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla or TikTok.

The default scene aims for a short Roadster-style traffic escape. A target duration, aspect ratio or storyboard describes the requested generation; it does not guarantee exact action timing, perfect likeness or frame-by-frame vehicle consistency. Reference footage is identified separately from actual personal outputs.

Photos, permission and acceptable use

Upload only photographs that you own or are authorized to submit to the service and its third-party AI processors. Obtain the permission of every identifiable person whose likeness you use. You retain your rights in your original materials and permit the processing necessary to create, store and deliver the requested video.

Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, illegal material, infringement, or attempts to bypass access controls or provider safeguards. Do not represent a fictional generation as evidence that a person actually drove or flew a vehicle. We may reject content or restrict accounts where necessary to address abuse, security or policy violations.

The service does not grant rights to another creator’s video, a person’s likeness, music, trademarks or other third-party material. Check applicable model and platform conditions before commercial use or publishing. There is no blanket commercial-rights or copyright-ownership guarantee for generated output.

One-time credit purchases

The Roadster credit packs are one-time purchases; they do not automatically renew. Review the current price, currency, credits and per-job cost displayed before checkout and generation. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from their grant date. Expiry information in your account applies to the particular credit grant; promotional benefits, if explicitly offered, may have different terms.

Credits are a service balance for eligible generation requests, not cash. A new generation or a user-requested repeat is a separate attempt with its displayed credit cost. Do not assume unlimited retries, a free trial, a subscription benefit or a discount unless specifically offered at checkout. Taxes or payment-provider charges shown during checkout form part of the transaction.

Failed jobs, quality and refunds

A task recorded as technically failed returns the credits reserved for that task. The application checks the task and credit transaction so that the same failure is not refunded repeatedly. If your balance appears incorrect, contact support with the job identifier before starting another paid attempt.

AI generation is variable. A completed video with an unwanted facial detail, a changed wheel, an imperfect movement or a different creative interpretation does not automatically count as a technical failure. We do not guarantee satisfaction, social-media reach, a particular likeness or a fixed processing time. Review the preview before sharing.

Credit return for a failed job does not automatically mean a cash refund of the original payment. Payment or cash-refund questions must be raised through support and reviewed for the specific transaction and any applicable requirements. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Files, providers and availability

Generation uses third-party fal.ai processing, and payment is handled by the configured payment provider. Queues, service interruptions, safety checks or provider changes may affect availability. We may pause new generation while a provider or budget limit prevents reliable processing. Do not repeatedly submit a pending task in an attempt to make it finish faster.

Your application uploads and generated media use private storage access and a 30-day lifecycle. Download files you want to keep. Account and financial records may be retained separately, and the service cannot promise identical retention by third-party processors. The privacy policy explains these distinctions.

Contact and changes

Use account support tickets, which require sign-in, for tasks, billing, rights concerns or questions about these terms. We do not promise a response deadline. If these terms materially change, the displayed version and update date will be revised. Read the applicable terms before making a new purchase.
