Flying Roadster AI Privacy Policy

How Flying Roadster AI handles account data, selfie uploads, private video files, fal.ai processing, retention, and deletion requests.

Last updated: 2026-10-19

Information used to provide the service

Flying Roadster AI processes the account details you provide, your portrait upload, generation settings, job status and identifiers, generated media, credit transactions, order references, and support messages. Requests may also produce technical logs needed to operate the service and investigate abuse or failures. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider; do not send them in support tickets.

We use this information to authenticate your account, perform the generation you request, deliver and download the result, maintain credits and payments, and answer support requests. We do not publish your personal portrait or result in a public gallery by default.

Photo checks and AI processing

The application checks supported upload formats and file size. It does not perform face-count detection, biometric identity analysis, or pixel-level photo-quality scoring. You must choose a clear, single-person portrait and have the required permission to use it.

Generation sends the necessary image inputs, scene instructions and media references to third-party fal.ai services and the models used through that service. Video, intermediate image and task data may be processed outside our own storage. Read fal.ai’s privacy policy for its data-handling information. We do not promise that fal.ai media URLs or processing are absolutely private, that its retention matches ours, or that all processing stays in your country.

Access to uploads and results

The application’s own uploaded and generated media are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Viewing or downloading personal resources requires authentication and an ownership check; a temporary delivery URL may be used after authorization. Anyone you share a download or temporary link with may be able to retain the file. Keep such links private.

Authenticated private access in this application does not remove copies already handled by a third-party processor. Cloudflare and the configured payment provider also process the technical or transaction data necessary for their services.

Media retention and other records

Private account photos and generated files under the roadster/ storage prefix have an active 30-day storage lifecycle, measured from each object’s creation. Uploaded portraits can be selected again from your private photo library during that period. This is a media-storage policy, not a promise that every account record or third-party copy is erased at the same time. Storage lifecycle deletion may complete after the eligibility time rather than at an exact second. Download any finished video you want to keep before its storage period ends.

Account, order, payment, credit, support, security and task records can remain separately from media for operational, financial, dispute or security needs. The 30-day media rule does not automatically close an account or remove financial records. Reference assets used as shared templates are also separate from personal uploads.

Cookies and your choices

After a signed-in upload, this browser remembers the account-specific private photo key so a checkout return or page refresh can restore your selected portrait. The original photo is stored privately in your account storage, not in browser local storage. Signing in to another account does not grant access to these files.

Authentication cookies maintain your session, and preference storage may remember your language or display settings. Clearing cookies may sign you out. Third-party sign-in and payment services have their own cookie and privacy rules. Do not assume optional analytics or advertising tracking is enabled simply because the application supports integrations.

Use account support tickets for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. Signing in is required for this channel, and we may verify ownership before acting on a request. Tell us which job or information is involved; do not include passwords or full card details. Requests may be limited by records that need to be retained, and we do not promise an unverified deletion deadline.

Policy changes and contact

This page describes the product’s data flow and current media-storage rule. Material changes will be reflected in the policy and its displayed update date. Use the contact page to reach the operator through the available support channel.
