Use support tickets in your account to contact the operator of Flying Roadster AI. You need to sign in to create a ticket and view replies. This keeps the conversation connected to the account that owns the job or payment.

The account ticket system is the support channel currently provided by this site. We do not publish a support email address or guarantee a response deadline on this page.

Help us locate the issue

For a video problem, include the job identifier, approximate submission time, the status you see, and a short description of what went wrong. Say whether the issue is an upload error, a task that has stopped updating, a failed generation, or a download problem. A completed video with an unwanted visual detail is different from a technical failure.

For a credit or payment question, include the order identifier and the expected versus displayed balance. Do not include full card numbers, passwords, authentication codes or API keys. Keep the original task record while the issue is being checked.

Privacy, deletion and content concerns

Use the same ticket channel for requests about your uploads, generated files or account data. Identify the affected job or account and explain the action requested. We may need to verify account ownership before releasing or deleting private information. Financial and security records can require separate retention from media files.

If a portrait or generated clip raises a rights or consent concern, include the relevant job identifier or page link and describe your relationship to the material. Do not upload further sensitive documents unless they are specifically needed to review the request.

Before opening a ticket

Check the current job state and credit balance before submitting another paid generation. Download any result you want to retain. Read the privacy policy for media storage and third-party processing, and the terms for credit expiry and failed-task treatment.
